PIR 2009

Thursday was the pro motocross race at PIR (portland international raceway) so I thought it would be fun for us to go since we kinda go every year, and i didn't wanna miss it.
That and Brody was selling Derot shirts and we never make it out to his house so I figured this was my only chance :)
The kids are WAY too cute and funny.

Then the pros are just insane.
There were only about 4 guys from Oregon in it, and everyone else from California. (boooo) and of course a Cali boy won...but he was amazingly fast,
he lapped 5 or more guys and won 3,000 bucks.
It's a twenty minute race...and the guy who was in third crashed
on the hill before the finish line with 2 laps to go. BOOO

Here is NOT the video of the Pros starting, its crazy watching them fly.
But nobody did anything cool so that was pretty LAME!

um yeah it wont upload. boo blogger.

brrrraaaap a dap.

Nathan wanted a 450, so he put his 250 up on craigslist, and sold within 24 hours!
He shopped around for about 5 minutes, showed me, and retreived it last week. (I know what your thinking, 'that was quick').
Here it is, in all it's glory:
And it's SUPER loud, and crazy fast. (I have video, but I don't know if it will work).

And his other current new toy, a good find at Costco.....
The seat hurts your bum A LOT. So he's looking for a new one.
And nope, he hasn't hurt himself yet.

On the other hand, the little 80 has been sitting so sad for the past couple months because I never had the time to take it or it was broken.
The last time was a month ago and we went out in the forest, it got stuck 3 times, I fell on my butt twice trying to pull it out, and I got covered in mud. Fun, but it needed fixed.
Nathan got plastics, new handle grips, and a seat cover so it's all pretty and hopefully will be sold just as quick as Nathan's!

Then I can get this bad boy:
haha...ha

SyKart or SIGHkart

Last Friday, Nathan, me, Jess, Billy, and Colby (do you see a theme here with who he hang out with these days)?! haha. We decided we were bored so we went to Sykart. Indoor Go-Kart racing, like Malibu Grand Prix, but indoors. Well.... I would say it was fun, but not totally awesome. Expensive. That and within five minutes of being released, a drunken Colby slams into you (obv. didn't read the no bumping rule) and I have no idea what to do so I sit there until someone comes and pulls me back so I can go again. Otherwise it wasn't so bad. I would suggest it to you if you had NOTHING else to do...I mean, we got to wear some cute outfits!

Billy and Jess

So I always forget when I have a helmet on, you can't see anything but my eyes. That is the reasoning behind scary eye mcgee there.

Me and Nathan sportin' our new threads.

Prison Camp

These are from a LONG time ago. Like a month...
Nathan, me, Billy, Jess, and Colby headed to Prison Camp on a Friday --> It's not an actual campground: First come first serve, costs 00.00 dollars, and nobody patrols. There is a actual prison but not high security. Mostly people there for drug possesion or stealing. They also roam around the grounds but I'm sure they are harmless. lol.
The first time we all went, we found the PERFECT spot! It was awesome, there is space to park the two cars in front, and it also blocks us in so nobody can enter our little camp. It lowers into this little hole that we can have a fire (when we can burn), cook, and sit around. Then our tents are on the sides. It's the best spot ever. Trust me.
Only bad thing: No Bathrooms. Make sure you bring the blue "man towels."

Anyway, Nathan, Colby, and Billy were there to ride in the morning and me and Jessica just like to camp :)

Nathan in his cute get-up

Me on Nathan's Bike. A little too big for me.

I don't know if the picture does it justice, but Nathan moved the Passport onto a higher bank, and it was practically sideways. Bad picture cuz my camera is horrible. But if you were there, you would be freaking out like Nathan and Billy were. :)

Saturday morning, we cleaned up and Me and Jess drove back home and stopped at Coleman's 99 South and had milkshakes. YUM they have the best ones in any flavor you can think of.
For $6.00......not so yum.

What a Week

I am glad this week is over. It was great, sure, but very packed. I took Nathan and his parents to the airport, driving the FJ was fun. Although when your used to a little car, you know you can't see over the bridge's walls, however in a lifted vehicle you can. So I freaked out and thought it was my time to die when I looked over and all i saw was water, and not concrete. I survived, don't worry. The next day I had 'the talk' with my mother. Yes, the one about switching schools and changing my entire life. Not as exciting as the 'other talk' would be like, I wouldn't know, I figured that one out in the fifth grade partially because I'm gross, and very open, gotta love those fifth grade boys. hahaha that sounds bad. it's really not. Anyway, after being yelled at for that, i decided i would go ahead and work my plan not caring what anyone thought. So i went to PCC, paid them money, made them sign me for my ONE class, and left. After I left, I figured i should probably pay for that class, but oh well I have two weeks to do so...
I  babysat Nic and Hailey's kids, which is always fun, until someone gets hurts. Or pees their pants, whichever comes first. haha but it was fun, we playdoughed, and watched half of every movie, and cried over the bumbo seat, and had poopy's, and fights over string cheese. Man, I can't imagine what I was like as a child. I wish I could go back.
We also got a new dog, well my mom got a new dog, it's a lhaso apso/yorkie mix. And I would put pictures up but I think I lost my cable to my camera to the computer. Once I find it, I'll do that. It's black, it's name is Chloe, and it also likes to pee all over the house. WOW.
Oh and me and Jewsoph went down to Western to move my stuff out of my room too. I almost didn't make it because there was a car crash and we think someone died. So we had to turn around, and drive like chickens with no heads. Luckily we found a street (btw, the GPS thing in the FJ, won't let you add a address search. Unless we are completely stupid, we couldn't figure it out) and made it to the office at 4:57 p.m. Just in time, then it took around an hour and a half to move everything. That sucked. And I made Jewsoph late for his workout date with GLO. SO SORRY! but I bought him dinner at the crazy guy teriyaki place in dundee. THey hired a guy who speaks real english, so we didn't see so much of crazy, although Jewsoph asked him for sweet chili sauce and came back with tabasco sauce. hmmm interesting. none the less it was good food.
I worked at Dicks, fri, sat, and sun (today). CRAZY! It was the grand opening. But since we've been opened for two weeks now, i didn't think it would be that bad. Customers were so angry yesterday becuase their coupon wouldn't work on their certain golf balls. One guy told me that "if he ran a business he wouldn't make coupons that excluding things, it's not ethical to do that, and what kind of business am i running by doing that." So i kindly told him that I didn't run Dicks sporting goods, and I also didn't make the coupons so if wanted to complain, he could  probably call the owner of Dicks, Dick himself, or maybe he should try the printing agency who printed the coupons off. Lucky for the rest of them, that was my last customer for the day. Then today, of course it was a madhouse. Greg Oden appeared for an hour, and people were mad that they weren't the first 200 people. I told them that Greg Oden's mother had dinner waiting for him, and since he's still a growing boy, I'm sure he must need to eat too and can't sign autographs all day. They had three others signing downstairs, and all the fans decided they wanted basketballs to have signed. All basketballs sold out. Then half got returned because they weren't quick enough. EH. too bad for them. Obviosuly I LOVE my job. It's great, but I just quit, sort of. I told Baker, who is kind of a douche (me and jayde decided this today), that i was quiting and he just stared at me. So i was caught in a banana! and then said, "well I guess i can still work saturdays" and he said, "oh ok well whatever. I don't care." UMMMMMMM what?! yeah. in a few weeks i'll write and say it's official that we must break up. Our dick's sporting goods relationship will now be over.
This is really long, but if you read it, you were probably bored, so I gave you something to do :) with no pictures. It's like reading an actual big person book. but here's one that I drew for Kevin because he missed his quad.
